Setting up email in Outlook

Follow these steps to setup your email account in Outlook:

1) Make sure you have setup the email account in CPanel and that you know the password.
2) In Outlook go to tools > E-mail accounts
3) Select Add a new e-mail account and click on Next >
4) Select POP3 and click on Next >
5) Enter the following:
Your Name:
E-mail Address: username@yourdomain.com
Username: username@yourdomain.com
Password: thepassword

Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com

6) Click on 'More Settings ...'
7) Click on 'Outgoing Server' tab
8) Check the 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option' and leave everything the same.
9) Click on 'OK'
10) Click on 'Test Account Settings ...' and check to see if you see any error messages. Then Close the test window.
11) Click 'Next >'
12) Click on 'Finish'
